The late Dr. Kamkar established his clinic in 1939 in the heart of old Dubai in the Al Ras area, which later became the Gold Souk. At that time, medical services in Dubai were very basic and Dr. Kamkar was also serving patients in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
